Instructions
Maintenance and repair are necessary functions of every tool’s life, and Hilti strives to keep turnaround times as low as possible. If your tool is in need of service, please complete the form below. We’ll fax you your shipping documents for shipment to your Hilti repair center.
Note: Please provide your return shipping address in Address line 1. If you ship the tool in its kit box, please remove accessories such as drill bits, fasteners, etc. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
Your submission will be processed within 2 hours during the working hours of 7 AM – 7 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday.
