To integrate these leaders of the future, we have set up a professional selection process which includes a pre-selection on-campus interview and a two day Assessment Center (AC). This takes place regularly in our North American Headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We will allow you an opportunity to see our Gung Ho culture and team members first hand as well as learn how you can benefit any organization. Hopefully, this organization will be Hilti.
